This 8-week coaching experience is designed exclusively for professional women over 30 in professional roles who are exhausted from high demands, overwhelmed with trying to manage every area of life, and ready to feel calm, focused, and energized again. The NARI™ System combines structured guidance, simple tools, and strong support to eliminate confusion, ease burnout, and create space for meaningful transformation. You’ll work through four focused modules to rebuild your mental, emotional, and physical resilience using methods designed specifically for your lifestyle and challenges.

MODULE ONE

Nurture Your Foundation

OUTCOME

By the end of this module, you’ll restore your body’s natural rhythm and vitality through a personalized blend of Ayurvedic wisdom, functional medicine insights, and evidence-based somatic practices. You’ll learn how to understand your body’s unique constitution, recognize early signs of imbalance, and cultivate energy that supports calm focus and emotional resilience. 

DESCRIPTION

This first phase of your NARI journey centers on the physical body as the foundation of renewal. Guided by holistic frameworks from Ayurveda and functional medicine, you’ll uncover the root causes of fatigue, inflammation, and stress dysregulation — not just their surface symptoms.

Through gentle somatic grounding, mindful movement, and breath-based restoration, you’ll reconnect with your body’s innate intelligence. You’ll also integrate nutritional resets, self-care rituals, and energy-tracking tools designed for women in high-performance environments.

By the end of this module, you’ll feel replenished, steady, and physically aligned, with a deeper awareness of how to sustain your energy and wellbeing throughout the demands of modern life.

MODULE TWO

Awaken Your Mind

OUTCOME

By the end of this module, you’ll experience renewed mental clarity and emotional steadiness through mindfulness, cognitive reframing, and integrative mind–body practices. You’ll learn how to quiet mental noise, regulate thought patterns, and harness your attention as a tool for creativity, purpose, and peace.

DESCRIPTION

In this phase, you’ll move from physical restoration to mental awakening — reconnecting with your inner stillness and sharpening focus in the midst of daily demands. Rooted in modern hypnotherapy and mental therapy frameworks and enriched by ancient Eastern grounding practices, this module helps you uncover and release the subconscious patterns that drive stress and self-doubt.

Through guided mindfulness, visualization, and cognitive reset techniques, you’ll learn to observe emotions without being consumed by them, reframe limiting narratives, and strengthen the neural pathways of calm and confidence. Each session blends science and spirituality to meet the modern woman’s mind where it is — active, intelligent, and ready to evolve.

By the end, you’ll emerge with a centered, spacious mind and the inner tools to respond to life with clarity, composure, and conscious intent.

Renew Your Soul Connection

This phase invites you to turn inward — to renew the soul beneath the roles. Through guided reflection, somatic meditation, and energy-balancing practices, you’ll dissolve the emotional residue of overextension and self-doubt. Drawing from archetypal psychology, chakra balancing principles, and modern emotional healing frameworks, you’ll begin to realign your inner landscape with what feels authentic and alive.

You’ll explore how to release outdated narratives, forgive emotional blockages, and awaken your inner compass — the intuitive wisdom that helps you navigate both work and life with integrity and grace. This is the starting point, you embark on a journey of self-discovery. By identifying your ideas, values, interests, passions, and strengths, you’ll be able to start to map out a meaningful and fulfilling future beyond your current role and identity.

The 'Purpose Discovery' module involves deep, perhaps lengthy, reflection exercises and visualisation techniques to help you discover and validate your new purpose beyond your work identity. You will leave this module feeling empowered and confident about your next phase of life.

Process Development

In this ‘foundation’ module, you’ll start to build a clear roadmap for your journey into the future. Through a clear understanding of goal-setting and action planning, you’ll gain the tools and techniques you need to navigate this significant transition. You may well find this quite different from any change you’ve managed before.

Support Development

This module will guide you in how to prepare yourself for the way forward. You’ll learn to ‘let go’ of the ‘past’ and the need for forgiveness and gratitude to facilitate this. We’ll discover who and what to avoid and how to identify ‘partners in believing’ who’ll support you in what may be a complex period of setting yourself free.

Managing Transition

Building on the previous module, you'll learn stress management techniques, how to deal with anxiety, and resilience-building strategies. You’ll learn to have faith and belief in yourself and transmit this to others. We’ll revisit the work you did in Modules 2 and 3 and fill out any additional detail or clarity. This module prepares you emotionally to manage the way forward seamlessly.

Harvesting Transition

In this module you’ll ‘launch’ your new ‘business’ of being YOU in ‘life-after-work’. You'll learn confidence-building exercises and ongoing action planning techniques to face any future fears and uncertainties. By paying attention to your intention without tension and with the support of your ‘team’ you can be confident your expectations will be met. This module ensures you step into your next phase ‘Powered Up’ with a sense of renewed significance and life force. Perhaps it’s time for a ‘starting party’!

This program is designed for the woman who:

  • Is a professional—especially in a technical or high-demand role—who has surpassed her 30s and is ready to change the game.
  • Feels chronically depleted, pulled in too many directions, and frustrated that no matter how hard she works, she’s still running on empty.
  • Is committed to moving beyond “just surviving” and wants to feel calm, focused, energized and sustainably aligned so she can show up fully—in work, in life, in leadership.
  • Believes in the power of combining modern science with ancient wisdom—and is ready to explore body-mind-soul tools that are realistic, effective, and built for her lifestyle.
  • Wants to build lasting resilience, not just a quick fix—and is ready to engage deeply in an eight-week journey that transforms habits, patterns and identity alongside energy and wellbeing.

This program is not a good fit if you:

  • Are not a working professional (especially in a demanding or technical field) or are in a very early career phase where you’re not yet facing sustained burnout or high-stakes responsibility.
  • Prefer quick fixes or one-off wellness tricks rather than a structured, integrative program with commitment, depth and daily-life change.
  • Are uninterested in your inner landscape—your thoughts, emotions, energy patterns—and only want surface-level wellness for a short period.
  • Are okay with just “getting by” and not genuinely ready to reclaim your clarity, your fire, and your purpose.
  • Don’t believe in blending mind-body tools (such as somatic practice, energy alignment, functional-medicine frameworks, etc.) with professional growth and life design.
